Construction of solar structures

Our solar structures can be mounted either on a pole fixed into the ground or on concrete ballasts.

Energy HPS offers 4 types of structures.

1-panel monoaxial

A single-axis solar structure with 1 panel is a support system designed to hold and orient a single photovoltaic panel along a rotational axis. This solution is often used to optimize solar exposure and improve energy production efficiency compared to a fixed panel.

2-panel monoaxial

A single-axis solar structure with 2 panels is a support system that allows two photovoltaic panels to rotate around a single axis, optimizing their orientation to the sun to enhance energy production.

1-panel agrivoltaic

An agrivoltaic solar structure with 1 panel is a system designed to combine solar energy production with agricultural activities, optimizing land use.

2-panel agrivoltaic

An agrivoltaic solar structure with 2 panels is a system designed to integrate solar energy production with agriculture, using two panels
mounted on an elevated structure. This type of installation allows for optimal space utilization and enhances the synergy between energy
generation and farming.

ADVANTAGES OF SINGLE-AXIS SOLAR STRUCTURE:

  • Better solar exposure compared to fixed systems.
  • Increased energy production.
  • Suitable for installations on uneven terrain and inclined roofs.

ADVANTAGES OF AGRIVOLTAIC SOLAR STRUCTURE:

  • Optimized land use – Energy production and agriculture
    coexist in the same space.
  • Improved microclimate – The panel provides shade, reducing
    water evaporation in crops.
  • Higher profitability – The land is used for both agricultural
    production and energy generation.
  • Reduced environmental impact – A more sustainable solution
    compared to traditional solar plants.

Types of structures

Fixed support for single pole

A single-pole fixed support is a structure used for mounting photovoltaic systems, consisting of a single pole fixed into the ground. This type of support is designed to hold solar panels in a stable and stationary position, maintaining a fixed orientation over time. It is a simple and efficient solution, primarily used on flat terrain or where solar tracking systems are not required.

Single axis tracker glat multidrive

A single-axis flat multidrive tracker is a system used in the photovoltaic sector that allows solar panels to follow the movement of the sun along a single direction (single axis). This type of tracker has a “flat” structure that supports multiple motors or actuators (“multidrive”), enabling precise and synchronized adjustment of the panel positions to maximize solar energy production efficiency.

Fixed support with double pile, bifacial module, for adaptation to complex terrains

A fixed double-pile support, bifacial module is a structure designed to install bifacial solar panels on difficult or uneven terrains. It uses two poles for greater stability, and the bifacial panels capture light from both sides, improving efficiency. It is ideal for terrains with slopes or unevenness, providing a robust and adaptable support.

Single-unit flat single-axis tracker

A single-axis flat tracker is a photovoltaic system that orients solar panels towards the sun using a single axis. The “flat” structure is simple, without complex inclinations, and a single device manages the orientation of all the panels. This type of tracker increases energy efficiency compared to a fixed system.

Flexible supports, high capacity, double-cable/triple-cable structure

Flexible supports with high capacity and double or triple cable structure are used to mount
solar panels on difficult terrains, offering flexibility and stability through a cable system that supports heavy loads. They are ideal for inclined or uneven terrains.

Adjustable fixed support

An adjustable fixed support is a structure for solar panels that allows the inclination or orientation of the panels to be adjusted, optimizing efficiency in capturing sunlight while maintaining a fixed base.

Case history

We are pleased to introduce our latest product, the Solar-Powered Greenhouse, which is designed to enhance crop yield while generating green energy. Below are the key features that distinguish our product:

Slide

It employs square tubes as the framework and C-shaped steel profiles as cross beams, offering advantages of high strength and stability in extreme weather conditions.

Slide

Polycarbonate (PC) sheets are used as the cover material which is highly transmitting sunlight to keep temperatures in the Winter and block severe sunshine in the Summer, further enhancing the cultivation of crops.

Slide

The Waterproofing system assembled with structure to keep the interior dry during heavy rainfall then preventing crop damage and equipment malfunctions while reduces maintenance costs.

Slide

Walkways on the rooftop facilitate safe and convenient inspection and maintenance of photovoltaic components.
